Hi everyone! This week I've been hard at work playing Tower Keepers! I'm hopeful we'll be able to get it into your hands "soon" so we can start working on final polish in preparation for launch. Besides that we haven't had a whole lot we can talk about, but because there won't be a blog post next week, I'm sure we'll be able to get something fun to show you by the next blog post.
Ninja Kiwi Short Story Competition
Write a short story that relates to Ninja Kiwi games with a word count between 1000 and 5000. Entries must be submitted to fotw@ninjakiwi.com by August 17. Please use the subject "NK Short Story Competition - [user name]" and then have the story text in the body of the email.
The prize choice is:
BMC - 30 of each Monkey Knowledge, Ancient Knowledge and Wild Card packs and 2500 Bloonstones
OR
SAS4 - 3 Elite Augment Cores and a premium weapon of your choice

Entries close August 17. Winner will be announced August 19 on the blog.
Include the game and platform (web/mobile) you want the prize for as well as a forum title if that appeals.
Readability (including grammar and spelling) is important.

There are plans for content but no current plans for getting it into the game.
Is it possible to change existing non-Co-op maps to be Co-op?
It's certainly possible. Could be something to look into :)

Yes. They can change again? Or change someone else's...
Why do people hate the new forums? What did the old forums have that new forums don't?
I think the simplicity of the old forums can be appealing. Maybe someone can give their opinion in the comments :)
Are you running out of titles for the increasing levels of AP?
It's a bit like when you draw a title and the last letters have to be smaller and smaller to make it fit... But we'll think of something.

I've got high hopes for a design-a-map competition. I think everyone's on board so it's just about getting some time in our development schedule.

"Soon" yes. Not far away but it's not quite time to be checking the app store every day.

WAIT!!!!!!! I thought ninja kiwi was going to make tower keepers for unity as well. If this is just a mobile game and not on unity as well then why! Please answer, I'm very upset right now and was much more excited to play on pc instead of some other freaking mobile game.
