This week everyone has been busy getting Tower Keepers or Bloons Super Monkey 2 ready for launch and that means I haven't got any news :o These two awesome games will be publicly available very soon and the excitement to get them into your hands is palpable. Alright I'm going to take the time to express my opinions on what has been going on recently...
First off with the recent blow-up of stuff on youtube about bloons i've seen some stuff go down, mainly on blaze-it's private server.
First of all I thought blaze-it's idea was fine, that is until it got a massive boost in popularity when more and more youtubers began to upload it I began to see a problem.
The instant I saw ISAB upload a video I knew something would have to happen as ISAB has like 34,000 subs and many of them are interested in the community and would probably stop playing the main game and go to that.
Next day that video was gone.
I decided to research some stuff on why this happened to ISAB, the main reason I had was because of copyright.
4 days later I saw blaze-its new video on ninja kiwi, basically another huge rant.
It discussed why videos about the private server were taken down, now I agree with his points on why this happened, what I didn't like were his comments that he added. Most importantly this edit right here --> http://prntscr.com/cp3d55
Now I know this was probably just a joke but this really annoyed me. A lot.
There are some other comments he has on free speech and other bs like that.
I think that honestly ninja kiwi just should take down his channel or at the very least stop his rants, they are just adding more and more and more unnecessary hate towards ninja kiwi. Granted there is some stuff I agree on, but the way he presents it is downright awful.
I just think blaze it needs to stop ranting and making fun of ninja kiwi as I have done some programming (granted very very little and not even c+ I think it was robot c or something like that) anyway it takes such a long time to program stuff and fix things that he really can't / shouldn't be dissing them like this at all.
Anyway, enough of my opinions on this scumbag.
Something that has continued to eat at me is the negative things in the blog, (yes I was part of this and I apologize :v) however I think we need to stop as much hate as we are giving right now, they are working on 2 new games and desperately trying to balance battles, the last thing the team of 14 or something needs is everyone here sh!tting on them.
