What a week!
Monday we celebrated Labour Day.
Tuesday an update went out for BTD 6.
Wednesday’s updates were for BTD 5 and BATTD.
Thursday was Tower Keepers.
Friday, everyone is catching their breaths and working on some final touches for.. D-D-Drum Rollllll…

Introduced a new intermediate map ‘Trick Or Treat’, a special halloween event as well as an awesome Zombie Dart Monkey skin for you to sink your teeth into.
SAS 4 Web Announcement
It's well past time for some official news about the future of SAS: Zombie Assualt 4 on web. We spent considerable time taking team members away from updates on Bloons TD 6 to try to get a version working in WebGL. We were unsuccessful. The multiplayer code is dependent on flash threading and it simply does not work on WebGL and would not work without months of refactoring, retesting, and bug fixing all sorts of special cases. The alternative would be to move crafting into mobile/steam, but that is also months of work.
I have to apologize to everyone who has put hours and hours into the game and character progress, but we can't commit those months of work, or rather we've chosen to apply that time to working on current projects. No, SAS5 is not in development yet but we are working on the design, and when we are ready we'll want the team ready to get cracking. Our two choices with SAS4 web are to keep it limping along as is with all of the rolled back flash player hassles, or to shut the game down.
We do value your opinion on that topic - if you've had enough, let us know. But if there is still fun in the game and you want us to keep it running on the last fumes of flash, let us know that, too.

Really loving the Halloween candy event and I hope to see more like it in the future! My question is if the event will be annual or is it a one time thing?
We all love a reason to be festive here at Ninja Kiwi and love nothing more than making fun content for you all to enjoy! With those two things in mind I would say it’s a safe bet that something like this would be a recurring event.
How/Where do you get the ideas for the new bloons games, and also for the next bloons game can it be made from ideas from the community?
We’re always listening to the community and looking at what you all enjoy or don’t enjoy and base a lot the concepts off that.
Did you witness the Youtube outage?
Sure did. It’s a rather huge deal. Every minute youtube was down could potentially cost youtube and its users hundred of thousands if not millions of dollars in revenue.
When are you going to add Bloon Dunes to BMC mobile?
No plans to implement this currently.

The monkeys are genderless with the exception of the heroes and the patch notes monkey.

shutting down sas 4 and not even in development of sas 5 is a complete goddamn joke you will lose so many people on this site including me if this is really how you guys treat your consumers. continue with the game I have put in so much time and not to mention the money people have spent and your just throwing it away. this is the worst decision and people are going to stop visiting if you cant play sas 4 or sas 5. what a joke.

wow a total shut down on SAS... My favorite game and... Ya'll will be having WAY LESS people coming on to this site because of that choice...
it's been 2 years since i last came online. i came back to say that i miss SAS, and i hope that development continues. i miss my old NK account, and i miss all the fun i had on SAS 3 and 4. I maxed out on 3, and got 1 character to max level and one to 97 on SAS 4. god, i miss that game. i put hours and hours and hours into it.. i didn't see this till today, my first time back since it stopped working.. i'm tearing up just reading this, just seeing this. just reminiscing. i loved SAS 4, and i always will. Rest in peace, legend. RIP SAS4. Forever loved. I can't wait for SAS 5. Also, I've achieved all I can on BTD 5 on my past account as well. God, memories. RIP to legendary games. <3
I've played this game for years and wanted to try and get back into it after not being able to for a while but I come back to hearing that it's going to be shut down? It's sad to see a literal LIFE LONG game for me being shut down after the tons of hours I've played. I just want to play on PC but if I have to switch over to another device like a phone or tablet then I guess it will do. But if they are going to shut it down I suggest starting on the production of the SAS5 first so players have something to do instead of missing a game that died.
