BTD6 received update 21.0 this week with a brand new map, some spooky trophy store items, and a whole lot of balance changes! You can see the full update notes here. Out now on iOS, Google Play and Steam.
BTD5 also received a new map, Autumn Leaves!

When you have no access to something from your own game on another platform such as kong *you guys could ask them for the game saves* whatever that means, but if you mean player data, im pretty sure you should have access to SAS4 player data, cause this is what i got from a kongregate employee https://prnt.sc/uvv0tf
We do understand people have become frustrated by this recently and we may have phrased our answer wrong on the blog last week. We can access the data but we cannot move the data from Kongregate accounts to Ninja Kiwi accounts as we just don't have the tools for it and our team no longer works with Flash and has never done HTML5 so we aren't converting the game on the website, regardless of anything the Kongregate team may have suggested. This goes for both BMC and SAS4. :(
What's gonna happen after December 2020? Does Ninja Kiwi plan on replacing flash with HTML? Or will we only be able to play your games on browsers that haven't been updated?
We won’t be updating the games to HTML5 or doing anything to make them work within existing browsers. We did put heaps of work into keeping most games available (including your game progress) on the Ninja Kiwi Archive though through Steam! You can find it here.
How many cats does Ezili have? For that matter, do any of the other heroes have their own animal companions?
She has two cats and a frog. Obyn has a wolf and Gwen has a firefox!
Will there ever be a btd6 story mode
We love good stories but we aren’t planning anything like that. Sometimes overly prescriptive stories can shut down the creativity, and right now we’re enjoying working with backstory snippets that both we and the community can have fun with.
Will Club challenges in Battles ever come back?
We can’t say definitively either way at this time.
Why are there Dart Monkeys and Tack Shooters, but no Tack Monkeys and Dart Shooters?
Isn’t a dart monkey technically a dart shooter? Since they “shoot” darts? Do expect that we’ll now see fan art with monkeys wearing tack belts or Dalek suits or having ingested boxes of tacks to somehow explode through their torsos, so thank you.

How long does a Monkey Apprentice / Wizard needs to learn?
Since they are digital and exist in a quantum realm it’s pretty hard to know. They do seem to upgrade reasonably quickly, so can only imagine time moves more quickly for them.
Could you buff Etienne and give him infinite range like the description says he already has?
We have made some changes to him this update!
How do dart monkeys affected by SMFC turn into super monkeys? Do they feel a sudden power surge that makes them attack super fast for a bit or something?
They are empowered by their love for the supermonkeys!
Here are two things about games before BTD5: First one, are you going to remaster the first four BTD games, with extra content and a more pleasant experience? That could be something, since some people are already doing that with their old flash games. I have some ideas, though I may not share them now. Second, may you please update BTD for iOS so that newer devices can play it? I cannot play that game on that modern iPhone. It would also be nice if you could play that game and the mobile version of BTD4 on Android devices.
Sadly, we probably won’t ever make BTD4 compatible with newer Android versions or remaster BTD or BTD4 as it would require huge amounts of work and we would essentially have to rebuild the games. Instead, we’re spending most of our energy making BTD6 the biggest and best tower defense game around! We do keep thinking about “classic” elements to add to BTD6 so keep letting us know about the maps or play elements from the earlier games that you like.
Why was the Spikey Ball Tower from BTD1 scrapped?
There have been a few things that we’ve left behind, but you can recognize their influence. Dart top path for instance...
Sorry if this has been asked before, but are there other animals in the BTD Universe? Or do monkeys rule the land alone.
There are other animals but monkeys are the only ones with their own cities. Also the only ones so snazzily dressed.
Are there any bands in the blooniverse? Especially the beatles.
Let’s see… We have the Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, The Monkees...The rest is just pop music.

How will BMC Flash's Attack Friend option work on flashpoint and the archive?
If you are playing BMC via the Ninja Kiwi Archive, this should continue to work as normal - just make sure you are logged in to your Ninja Kiwi website account.
If Benjamin is hacking the game, why doesn't he just hack in unlimited money? Is he afraid of getting banned for hacking?
He may be a hacker, but Benjamin believes in the future of monkey society, a place where all monkeys can have access to sweet hardware, fat pipe internet, and the best in smart casual clothing. He knows that if he hacks too much Monkey Money away from other valuable infrastructure, defense, and Dr. Monkey experiments, that he might not have anything left to hack. Ben is deep.
How old do monkeys have to be to be able to set foot on the battlefield?
In Monkey years, human years or Bloon years? And remember that quantum thing, too.
What happened to the Mini MOAB?
It was having so much fun in BSM2 that it has so far decided not to invade any other games. Yet.
What happens to Snowman Pat on maps like Inferno/ Cracked/Mesa?
Probably getting gorgeously tanned in summer… the hot and the cold are both so intense, put 'em together it just makes sense!

It depends on why you were banned but get in touch with support and we can look into it for you.
Why don't Buccaneers with Crow's Nest provide camo detection anymore?

do you think that there will be even more upgrades and more upgrades paths?
Probably not in BTD6! It would require us to rebalance the whole game. It took us years to put it together and as you just saw from update 21 we are still fine tuning the balance. You speak crazy things.
With that said, can you guys consider adding both some difficulty settings with appropriate rewards to professor evil (both for n00bs and for very good people to whom 100 medallions is a terrible joke), and instead of having one meta u could have arenas with different modifiers which favor different tower/power combos. From what i've heard, it seems like more playstyle options with friends would be more interesting.
Professor Evil is still a very new challenge, so we’re monitoring community feedback and may well make some tweaks in future updates!
sas 5 has been in early early early early early early early early early early early early dev for years now, yes we get that you are a small team but if the community wants this game so badly that we have to beg you to even mention it in your blogs don't you think that it would be worth a shot to lessen the amount of developers for BTD6 and slowly start chipping away at making SAS5?
We do have a topline concept for SAS5, but we’ve done no proof of concept work as we have our hands absolutely full. We also don’t believe in adding so many people to the team that we lose our NK culture. When we start production, we want to make sure the game is as good as it can be which will take years of time from that start point. We know the community are passionate about SAS5, which is exactly why we want to make sure we don’t fail to deliver on something that many of us are looking forward to, both at NK and in the community.

Will there ever be an easy/medium/hard race? It’s hard for moderate players to get good times due to the fact that other way better players get the top places. For example, having separate race categories based on level or previous race times.
We aren’t planning on that now but will take the feedback for sure!
Nice try NK, but we all know professor evil has a heart of gold, why else would be be giving out medallions to help out low-level players?

Why don't top path Alchemists drink/use their own potions? Like, I get if they're trying to be nice and save some for others, but a Permanent Brew should have enough left over for itself after it's buffed every tower in its range.
