Why did you guys make a tower defense game after a puzzle game? Was it because of other tower defense games?
Lots of our team have strong roots going back to Warcraft 3 days and custom games there. Tower defense was a super fun game mode we enjoyed, so it made sense to make one of our own!

Why is glue monkey primary and not support?
Glue monkey is OG, er OM. At least BTD4G. Sounds pretty primary to us.
How does the 000 Dart Monkey feel about having a marketable plushie?

How do camo bloons get past the wall of fire if they cant get past the spikes put down on the ground. Also how do the spikes pop the bloons? do they hover just above the ground where spikes can get them?
The fire is magical so it takes on some of the aspects of its caster which can mean it isn’t able to pop camo, just like purple! Spikes pretty much are just in the way and hurt stuff, kinda like lego that you leave on the floor.
Did a blowback monkey ever accidentally moved a bloons towards the exit?
When they first started developing the technique, it took them time to figure out which way they wanted them to go but they made sure to master it before taking it to the battlefield!
How good is the Grandmaster Ninja at chess?
They are unbeaten so far!
In regards to lives, what are they? How come certain bloons take certain lives? How come Impoppable has only one life? Is it the amount of civilian monkeys in the area or something?
The community has certainly come up with some grim stories about what happens when lives leak. Perhaps it’s just a measure of how much enjoyment the monkeys get from popping bloons, and when too much enjoyment in lost, they are done for the day. Impoppable in that context would mean that missing any amount of fun isn’t acceptable. Things can be strange in the monkeyverse.
Are there other Sentai monkeys? Will we ever get to see the Primate Rangers in action?!
We would love to see the Primate Rangers in full force but as far as we know, there aren’t any other Sentai Monkeys… yet.
How are the retired upgrades doing lately? AKA Lightsabre thrower (not copyrighted totally original) Wizard Lord and Wizard 3/4-2 from BTD4/5?

Previously, it was announced on the blog that "SAS3web and SAS4web services will be terminated", but now NK Archive allows single-player games. "SAS web" refers to multiplayer games, not the entire service, and will I still be able to play games in single player?
Without going back into ancient code that would be a massive distraction from current game development, we can’t go back to old games to distinguish SP from MP, so that usually requires the entire game to be retired.

Absolutely (when he was much younger but somehow less good-looking)
i recently downloaded ninja kiwi archive and I can't find some games I want to play, why aren't all of your games on archive
Sadly, not all of the games were able to be put into the Archive due to the limitations of older Flash games. :(

They return to their monkey village and brood over their defeat…
how long does it take for dart, boat, ninja, boomerang paragon to be designed and implemented?
We normally start concepting and designing an update or two before the targeted update for that particular paragon. Implementation takes about the time from one update to the next. Now that the framework for Paragons is established, the most amount of time spent is on play and balance. We have to play hours and hours of elite games to balance properly, relative to all previous Paragons, so this takes significant time.
What species are the monkeys in the blooniverse? And are druids a different species due to their fur colour or is it just a perk of their "druidification"?
They are all just Monkeys! Some are more into costumes, some into facial hair.
Is SAS 5 reached 2% planning yet?
2% Planning probably is about the “hey let’s do this thing” stage, so yeah, we’re definitely there :) It is not in production yet though if that’s the question!

You mean monkey-ladies monkey, right? He would say yes (and so would the rest of us).
How do heroes know that DDTs are coming from the entrance(s) even if they can’t see them, such as Striker Jones? Could it be that they have special handheld radar devices that only detect what Bloons are incoming?

There’s no shortage of takers for Alchemist brews so no need to be sad!
What's the total bloon population? If there's no exact number, could you estimate on what it would be?
Endless and unlimited. Just check your own pop count. It only goes up from there.

Parties in Bloons Pop! are a fun addition! It seems pretty similar to the Contested Territory sneak peak from Btd6 so can we the community infer that it would be similar?

Who buys the monkeys when they are sold? Are they sent to other players who use them?
Just because you sell a monkey doesn’t mean that they are sold. It’s more likely a smokescreen to make you think you are in control. What really happens to those monkeys? First rule of monkey club…
What towers do the heroes like working with the most?
There's the ones that make sense, like Obyn and Druids but the strangest friendship we’ve seen is Brickell and Spike Factories with their spiked mines!
Can you please fix T5 Elite Lych?
Yes! The lych soul issue will be fixed next update.
Will hugging a regrow red be deadly?
Only if you don’t squeeze hard enough!

Hi ninja kiwi, will you ever add a setting on the monkeys if you can make it so they can’t attack like you know settings like strong or last or first And you can add a setting called none to make it so they don’t attack and when you’re making a challenge you can enable that or disable that if you can enable it you can have like unique challenges were like you need to use like 23 dart monkeys not attacking to cover the map and then get a 200 boat to beat the game and it’ll be really helpful to if you’re trying to ultra boost 000 Tower with the most stuff and make sure they don’t attack so please add this
