This week at Ninja Kiwi has been a quiet one. In Auckland at least. Though because I can't hear Dundee from here I'll assume they've been quiet too.
The reason is that the Game Developer's Conference has been on, and a few important representatives of Ninja Kiwi flew over to San Francisco to take part in seeing all the cool things us normal folk have to wait for.
SAS: Zombie Assault 4
Over the weekend before GDC we released the first trailer for SAS: Zombie Assault 4. If you didn't get a chance to see it, or even knew it was out there, here you go:
Get that in ya.
There is no release date for SAS4 just yet, but we're moving towards your first chance to play it at a great and steady pace. As we move closer to that point you may want to start keeping an eye on our various social pages. If you aren't already, follow us on Twitter and Facebook sothat you don't miss out on any opportunitites.
Monkey City Development on Monkey City is in full swing, but there's still a lot of polishing, fine tuning and content to go in before we take down the "beta" signage.
One issue raised in the comments on last week's post is about disconnections that can happen during a game or just after, causing you to lose that tile. Particularly annoying when it's an MvM attack or you spent a few Bloonstones to get the upper hand on some bloons. Of the current server issues, this is the highest priority. The team that handles that kind of thing have had two weeks of uninterupted tidying time in a consentrated effor to get the servers more responsive and stable. As this continues, and more updates come out, we aim to get BMC into a 99% connection-issue-free zone.
For other hot topics, I have no comments just yet. We have a long line of the aformentioned polishing, fine tuning and content making it's way into the game and we hope to make BMC the best it can be for as many people as possible.
Free NK Coins from Offers... ... are no longer available. After a small mishap this week on top of the odd complaint, we've decided that it will be best overall to drop the offer wall on the ninjakiwi.com/getcoins page.
For now, the only way to get NK coins is to purchase them from ninjakiwi.com/getcoins or win them with a lucky spin on the Wheel of Fate.
Thank you for your time as always, and as always, ask any questions you have in the comments below,.
For the bmc development, is there any chance that something could be set up so we can save our supply crates instead of just being able to have 3 at a time?
I agree with RocketIcewave, it's pretty lame that after working so hard your only reward is a measly amount of Blop Cash, $A$, etc. with only a minuscule chance of actually gaining Ninja Kiwi coins. On a different note: I absolutely cannot wait for SAS 4, it is looking epic!
will there be a beta wipe?

Beta!
My Wheel of Fate doesn't even work. So much for being a fun games website.
Happy one year anniversary Ninja Kiwi!
Why won't there be any more updates to BSM2? In addition, am I the only one who cares about that game now?
cool
